Prices shown are for parties up to 20 children with the provision of one staff member. For larger parties we may need to provide an additional staff member depending on the activities chosen – please contact us for a quotation. Prices quoted on this website may be subject to change - please contact us for current information.
Provisional bookings will be held for 2 weeks - at this point, if you have not confirmed the date either by telephone or by returning your booking form, the date will be released and your provisional booking cancelled.
Cancellations: when children are involved, sometimes the unexpected happens! We will do our best to reschedule events but if this is not possible, in order to cover our costs and time spent in preparing a party we request a £20 non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking a party. The balance of the fee is due in full at the party, in cash.
In the unlikely event that Rhythm Express has to cancel then your deposit will be returned.
It is expected that parents of children under 3 will remain with their children at the party - parties for this age group work best when the parents participate too! For older children we request that, as a minimum, the parent/carer of the birthday child (or the person booking the party) be present at the venue.
The children attending the party are the responsibility of the adult(s) booking the party at all times. Please be aware that we are entertainers and are not responsible for the behaviour and/or discipline of the children present.
